ACTU ‘CHANGE THE RULES’ RALLY
TOMORROW WEDNESDAY 9 MAY AT 10AM
Tens of thousands of unionists will march to fight against the Federal Coalition Government’s attacks on Australian workers
The Fair Work legislative framework has been construed in a way that creates a significant imbalance between employers and employees, making it virtually impossible for workers to achieve decent work conditions and wages. This is not the legacy that we want to leave behind for generations to come.
The presence of UFU members and your families and friends at this rally will send a strong message to the Federal Coalition Government that disgracefully attacked UFU members via their Fair Work Act amendment in 2016, undermining UFU CFA Operational members’ right to an Enterprise Agreement. Our industrial rules need to change.
