141 DAYS WITHOUT PAY FOR VICTORIAN ESSO WORKERS

In early 2017, 200 UGL workers at Esso in Gippsland were sacked.  They were then offered their jobs back with a 30% pay cut.

These union members have taken a stand against Esso, a company operated by multinational Exxon Mobil, and have spent the past 141 days on a picket line.

141 days on the picket line means 141 days without pay.

The UFU stands in solidarity with the AMWU, AWU and ETU and respectfully encourages members to also stand in solidarity with fellow Victorian unionists and chip in to support these workers in their fight for decent jobs for this generation and the next.

If you would like to show your support by donating to these union members and their campaign, please follow the instructions at this link.
