PROTECT Income Protection update:
TWO FORMS TO COMPLETE, STATION VISITS UNDERWAY, UFU MEMBER CALLS TO COMMENCE THIS WEEK
· Update on income protection forms: Where to find both forms and where to send them to.
· Update on station/workplace visits by Field Officers from Protect and who to contact to organise a workplace visit
· UFU member calls to commence this week.
UPDATE ON FORMS
As advised in Bulletin #189 (1 November), members are required to complete two forms and return those to the UFU Office.
The first form was enclosed in the information pack mailed to members. The second form was released to members last week. Both forms must be completed.
Both forms have also been uploaded to the UFU Victoria website (in one document):
Forms can either be returned via mail to the UFU Office, using the reply-paid envelope in the information packs that members should have received in the post, or scanned and emailed to .

A number of MFB combined drills and CFA station visits have occurred over the past 2 weeks. The Union Office and UFU Delegates will continue to organise visits until each MFB district & platoon and CFA station is visited at least once.

UFU MEMBER CALLS
UFU members are advised that member calls regarding Protect income protection will commence this week. These calls have been commissioned by the UFU and we look forward to members’ participation and feedback.
