NEW ENHANCED SERVICE FOR UFU MEMBERS AS PART OF UFU MEMBERSHIP BENEFIT PROGRAM
Building upon the UFU Membership Benefit Program rolled out this year in conjunction with UFU membership cards, in addition to the exclusive service provided by Goumas Panels for UFU members, the UFU are pleased to welcome aboard Members Property as part of our Enhanced Service to our Members Program.
Members are reminded that the Branch Committee of Management introduced personalised membership cards that are intended to enhance the benefits to UFU members via this new innovative program.
LATEST EXCLUSIVE BENEFIT TO UFU MEMBERS
Members Property has been providing their services to other unions such as the ETU and CWU so we thought best way to introduce them would be to ask their Managing Director, Frank Troost to briefly respond to a few of the more commonly asked questions to help explain what they are about and what they do.
What is Members Property?
We are an endorsed provider of property related services to the members of a number of unions and their families. We have been set up to solely to assist in the property needs of union members to help them make better property related decisions. We are pleased now to offer this service to UFU members and their families as part of their Enhanced Service to Members program.
What services do you provide?
Basically we are here to ensure you have all the available information and advice at hand to avoid potentially costly mistakes in the real estate market. Our advice is unbiased and we offer a balanced view to try and remove the emotion (which can sometimes prove expensive) from the decision making process. Our services include investment properties (usually with some exclusive member only benefits), Buyer advocacy, Vendor advocacy, Auction advice (bidding & strategy), portfolio planning, investment property analysis and negotiations.
What does this cost?
Our initial consultation or discussion is FREE. The reason it’s free is that we need to establish if we can be of help and if we can add real value to the process. Once both parties are satisfied with this, we offer a fixed price (and discounted ) fee structure which is transparent and quoted before our services are engaged. Some services will remain free and this will also be advised.
How do I know if it is suitable for me?
Well the easy answer is… you don’t – but you are welcome to contact us! We will provide a friendly and efficient answer and if we can’t help, we will do our best to point you in the right direction.
We have a number of referral partners that may be better suited to help resolve your problem.
