It has come to the UFU’s attention today that a number of members have not received a ballot paper from the Australian Electoral Commission in order to allow them to vote on ESTA’s proposed Agreement.

As members should all be aware, this week you will receive a ballot paper from the Australian Electoral Commission to vote on ESTA’s proposed Enterprise Agreement. If you have not yet received a ballot paper we suggest that you contact the AEC immediately.
As members will now be aware, last week ESTA decided to seek a vote of their employees on a proposed EBA. This EBA has not been agreed to nor endorsed by the Unions.
