As members should all be aware, this week you will receive a ballot paper from the Australian Electoral Commission to vote on ESTA’s proposed Enterprise Agreement. If you have not yet received a ballot paper we suggest that you contact the AEC immediately.
As members will now be aware, last week ESTA decided to seek a vote of their employees on a proposed EBA. This EBA has not been agreed to nor endorsed by the Unions.

Members are advised that this morning the Corporate and Technical Staff Agreement was approved by the Fair Work Commission. The agreement will operate from 25 December 2013.

The Union yesterday wrote to ESTA and requested a further bargaining meeting in order to continue negotiations in regards the outstanding matters between the parties.
