UFU Delegate Training Workshop 17th
Members are advised that today ESTA contacted employees advising them that the vote for ESTA’s proposed Enterprise Agreement has been extended by 5 business days.
It has come to the UFU’s attention today that a number of members have not received a ballot paper from the Australian Electoral Commission in order to allow them to vote on ESTA’s proposed Agreement.
Further to yesterday’s bulletin regarding the voting process the UFU would like to reinforce to members that should ESTA’s proposed EBA receive a majority ‘no’ vote negotiations will continue.
